• We are closed on Mondays, so you can not lend or return them.
• Please return them by 16:00. In the case of exceeding the time, we will charge the prescribed overtime fee.

• This is a rental service for touring bicycles equipped with pannier bags including camping gears such as tents.
  *We do not rent only bicycles or camping gears.
• Bicycles must be returned to the original rental location they cannot be dropped off at any other location.
• Rental plans do not include campsite usage costs. Campsite reservations must be made separately by the user.
• New (full) batteries and a gas cassette are provided with rental equipment. However, backup batteries and cassettes are not provided, so please bring your own.
• Please prepare your own cooking seasonings, oils, etc.
• If traveling during times of the year when nighttime temperatures drop significantly, we recommend preparing your own equipment with higher heat-insulating performance.
